The trailer has been up for only a few hours currently, having already garnered almost 40,000 dislikes on YouTube. #Sonic is also trending worldwide on Twitter, where fans are expressing their distaste for the movie's storyline, overall feel, and more importantly, Sonic's new "realistic" look, which was already met with controversy when Paramount first teased a movie poster a few months ago.
